Peakline’s collaborative “Firm Services” team supports investors across business development, investor relations, and operations, working closely to deliver a high-quality client experience.
Position Overview
Peakline is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Internal Sales Associate to support the firm’s business development and investor relations efforts. This is an entry-level role with significant exposure to private markets, investor engagement, and the fundraising lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and interested in building a career in finance, sales, or investor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investor Outreach & Meeting Coordination
- Schedule calls and meetings between investors/prospective investors and Peakline’s business development and deal teams
- Coordinate calendars, prepare meeting logistics, and ensure seamless execution
- Support outbound outreach campaigns to drive investor engagement
- CRM Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the firm’s CRM system
- Input, clean, and manage investor and prospect data
- Track engagement activity and assist in reporting pipeline metrics
- Campaign & List Management
- Build, segment, and manage targeted contact lists for fundraising campaigns
- Support email and outreach campaigns across investor segments
- Collaborate with business development and investor relations teams to optimize targeting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, Economics, Data Science/Analytics or related field preferred)
- 0 — 2 years of experience (internships in finance, sales, or operations a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems preferred
- Interest in private markets, asset management, or investor relations
