Director, Peakline Real Estate Funds

Andrew is a Director at Peakline Real Estate Funds, focusing on real estate investments for the Build-to-Rent (BTR) and Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ) fund strategies. As part of the investments team, Andrew is responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, joint venture negotiations, and financing.

Prior to joining Peakline Real Estate Funds, Andrew held positions at Banner Real Estate Group and Parking Advisors, where he focused on the investment, development, and advisory services for numerous real estate property types.

Andrew graduated from DePauw University where he played lacrosse and earned a degree in Economics.
