Chris Boehm is a co-founder and Executive Managing Director of Peakline Partners, where he leads the firm’s private capital efforts, making control and non-control equity and structured debt investments across various industry verticals, and serves on its investment committee.
Prior to co-founding Peakline Partners, Chris spent over twenty years as a private equity partner and finance and strategy executive with Willis Stein & Partners. During that time, he led investments in a number of private companies across a range of industries, including business and industrial services, consumer services, education and health care. He also was a co-founder and member of the board of directors of Lincoln Clean Energy, a renewable energy development platform established in 2009. Prior to joining Willis Stein, Chris began his career in the investment banking group of Salomon Brothers.
Chris resides in Winnetka, IL with his wife and three children. He is active in the Chicago community and serves as a member of the board of directors of the Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund, the Evans Scholars Foundation and the Western Golf Association.
