Joe serves as an Associate Director for the Peakline Real Estate Funds team.
Before joining Peakline Partners, Joe began his real estate career in property management for Greystar in Dallas, Texas, before joining alternative lender ACORE Capital as an Asset Manager on their multifamily and hospitality team. At ACORE, Joe was responsible for managing a portfolio of Multifamily, Hospitality, and construction loans, representing assets across the United States, and his duties involved negotiating complex loan modifications, preparing property financial reporting, and creating financial models.
Joe graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in history. Joe is originally from the Central Illinois area, having grown up in Charleston, Illinois. In his free time, Joe enjoys distance running and trying new restaurants with his fiancée.
