Tommy serves as Associate for the Peakline Real Estate Funds team and works together with the real estate teams’ investment and asset management teams to support funding requests, due diligence efforts for potential new ventures, while also overseeing the development and construction of existing Fund assets.
Before joining Peakline Partners, Tommy worked for Parking Advisors, Inc. and Equity LifeStyle Properties in Chicago. In his previous roles, he was responsible for underwriting parking assets, ongoing asset management and financial analysis.
Tommy earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from DePaul University with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate. He grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago and currently lives in Lincoln Park. Tommy is an avid golfer, enjoys hockey, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
