Our strategy involves partnering with select strategic sponsors with local expertise to develop BTR properties in high-demand markets, capturing value through early development to meet growing tenant needs. These purpose-built, single-family rental communities with shared amenities and professional management offer efficient, affordable rental options for renters seeking a lower-density alternative to traditional apartments.
