The Opportunity

CLF II invests alongside highly experienced operating partners in modern logistics developments in growth cities and key logistics markets throughout the U.S., with favorable market dynamics and high barriers to entry. The Fund intends to take advantage of the dramatic growth in logistics real estate, following the same strategy as the Peakline Real Estate’s first logistics fund (“Fund I”), which closed in March 2022 with approximately $250 million in commitments.

CLF II has a seeded portfolio of four deals near or at construction completion in thriving logistics markets with a strong pipeline.
