Rupesh Patel is Senior Managing Director, Head of Portfolio Management for Peakline Real Estate Funds. He is responsible for overseeing portfolio strategy, asset management, and fund-level management across Peakline’s real estate investment platforms and serves as a member of the Peakline Real Estate Funds’ Investment Committee.
Rupesh brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a background spanning debt and equity structuring, acquisitions/dispositions, and portfolio oversight. Prior to joining Peakline, he spent over 10 years at Wanxiang America Real Estate Group, where he was responsible for portfolio management, accounting, and acquisition/dispositions activities across a diverse national portfolio. Earlier in his career, he held roles at NorthMarq Capital and Cushman & Wakefield, where he focused on structuring and originating real estate debt and equity investments.
Rupesh earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
